What are Goatted Guru live online classes?
Live classes for every grade and subject, following the curriculum each student studies. A real tutor teaches by speaking, and the animated lesson moves with their voice. Every session ends in a live quiz or a game.
Which classes and subjects are covered?
All of them: every grade from the first years of school to the last, and every discipline, from maths and the sciences to languages, social studies and many more. Lessons follow the curriculum the student learns, such as CBSE, ICSE, state boards, international boards and many more. The library is growing to thousands of chapters, and students and teachers can also make their own courses.
Which languages are the classes in?
English, Arabic, Malayalam and many more languages. The same lesson can be taught in any of them, so every family can learn in the language they speak at home.
What is voice follow?
It is how a Goatted Guru lesson moves. As the tutor speaks, the picture on the board advances to match what is being said, so the explanation and the drawing stay together.
What is teach-back?
After a lesson, the student reads and explains the idea back in their own words, with the same animation following them. It shows the tutor, the parent and the child what has really been understood.
What can parents see?
Parents have their own view: the classes their child joined, the questions answered, the games played and the lessons taught back.
How is my child’s privacy protected?
A child joins only with a parent’s consent, and the parent can see everything the child does on Goatted Guru. The privacy policy is linked at the foot of this page.
Can I teach on Goatted Guru and earn?
Yes. Tutors, graduates, homemakers, retired teachers and senior students can teach from the ready library of chapters and earn from every class. Press Apply to teach to start.
How much does it cost?
Every course can be played for a short preview with no account, and the first module of every chapter is free once you sign up. After that, one credit opens one chapter. Today’s prices, in rupees, are in the Prices section of this page and on the Plans and prices page.
